Activating the Root Chakra / Co-Ed / APRIL 24-27, 2025
Join us in the the mystical forests of Mount Shasta, CA also known as the Root Chakra of Mother Earth. We will be staying at the magical Hestia Retreat Center where we will deep dive into the power of grounding through mediation, yoga, breath work, hiking, and ceremony. This retreat is CO-ED.
All meals included. Arrival April 24th between 3-4pm. Departure April 27th by 10am.
*Please note we are not therapists. We are trained in iRest, Somatic Healing, and other modalities and are here to hold space and offer support. All people interested in coming to our retreats should understand their own agency and feel grounded enough to engage with ceremonies around self-healing.
